Saranap Gutter Solutionists
Gutters for Saranap’s midcentury homes and tall trees
Saranap is an unincorporated pocket of Contra Costa County between Walnut Creek and Lafayette, named for a Sacramento Northern Railway station. It is one of the older housing areas in the region: more than 83 percent of homes were built before 1980, and the median home dates to 1956. Midcentury ranches sit on generous lots under mature tree canopy, often on winding lanes without sidewalks, and some older cottages are tucked into hollows. Walnut Creek averages a little over 20 inches of rain a year, heaviest in December and January, so gutters under heavy canopy can clog quickly once the storms begin.
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters San Ramon belongs to Mohammad Awadalla and Syed Rizwan, and Saranap is served by our crews out of Livermore. Our trucks carry the machine to form seamless aluminum, copper and galvalume gutters in 5, 6 and 7 inch sizes on-site. We also hand-clean and flush gutters and downspouts, repair leaks, sags and rotted fascia, install BroGuard stainless micro-mesh, put in underground drainage where water collects, and run scheduled maintenance plans. Licensed (CSLB #1115646), insured and 4.9 stars on Google.

Why the Brothers
Why Saranap Homeowners Call the Brothers
We see a lot of 1950s and 1960s rooflines, and we know where their gutters fail first: corners, outlets and the fascia behind them.
Many Saranap lanes have no sidewalks, so we route downspouts and buried lines to carry water away from the house without sending it across the yard.
Each gutter is formed on our truck at your home to fit the eave exactly, so an older house gets a system with no factory seams to start leaking.
Saranap jobs are run by Mohammad Awadalla and Syed Rizwan from our Livermore base. Call (925) 905-9555 and a real person from the local team picks up.

Plan on at least twice a year, once after most leaves fall in late autumn and again in spring. Homes under dense canopy may need a mid-winter visit as well, since a single storm can strip a lot of leaves at once. BroGuard micro-mesh cuts down the number of full cleanings, though the top of the screen still benefits from a periodic rinse.
If your gutters are original or decades old, look for rust, separated corners, sagging between hangers and dark stains on the fascia. Any of those signs usually means replacement will save money over repeated repairs. We remove the old system, replace rotted fascia, and form new seamless aluminum or copper on-site with downspouts sized to the roof.
On lots set into a hollow or below the road, water tends to collect near the house unless it is given a route out. We extend downspouts toward the lowest safe spot on the property or tie them into a buried drain line, and we make sure gutters slope toward outlets that can handle the volume. The goal is a dry foundation without flooding a neighbor.
Yes. We work throughout Saranap, including homes along Saranap Avenue, Boulevard Way, Olympic Boulevard, Dewing Lane and Tice Valley Boulevard. We also serve Walnut Creek and Lafayette on either side. If you want to be sure your address is covered, call (925) 905-9555 and we will confirm before booking.
Yes. On older Saranap homes, a leaking seam or overflowing corner often soaks the fascia board for years before anyone notices. When we replace gutters, we probe the wood behind them, swap out soft or rotted sections, and then hang the new seamless system on solid material. Fixing the fascia first is what keeps new gutters straight and tight.
