The hands-on side, for experienced pros. You run gutter installations from start to finish across the Tri-Valley and East Bay.

The problem-solving side. You meet homeowners who asked us to come out, figure out what the house actually needs and give a straight quote.

- 5 to 10 percent commission plus a $500 weekly draw
- No cap on earnings

The relationship side. You build the referral partnerships and community connections that keep the schedule full.

Opening 01 · Experienced Gutter Installer
Run the job from start to finish
We are looking for a skilled installer with at least five years of gutter installation experience who can lead projects on their own, keep the quality high and finish jobs efficiently without supervision. You will install K-style, seamless, OG and fascia gutter systems, set the slope so the water drains the way it should, run a clean, professional job site and talk with homeowners when needed.
Pay is $25 to $40 an hour depending on experience, with W2 or 1099 contractor options available. We provide steady work and a professional environment where skilled installers are valued.

Opening 02 · Sales Representative / Estimator
Solutionists, not salespeople
Most of your appointments are homeowners who asked us to come out. You inspect the gutters, downspouts and guard systems, measure, price the job on site and present the solution that actually fits the house, often closing on the first visit. No high-pressure pitch and no long, drawn-out sales process. A small part of the role is building your own business through referrals, networking and local outreach.
Pay is 5 to 10 percent commission on job revenue based on experience, with a $500 weekly guaranteed draw when commissions run lower, mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard rate, an end-of-year bonus for top producers and no cap on earnings. Proven sales team members earn $150,000 to $250,000 or more a year.
Home services sales experience helps, whether it is gutters, roofing, solar, windows or HVAC. The schedule follows customer appointments, including occasional evenings and weekends, and the role requires a background check and drug screening.
