If you plan to keep the house, yes. A small bungalow has less gutter than a big tract home, so replacement is a modest job, and it protects the fascia, the stucco and the foundation on a lot with very little setback. Two things usually. First, the run is probably back-pitched or clogged at the one outlet on that side, so it needs cleaning and re-hanging to fall toward the downspout.
