Gregory Gardens Gutter Solutionists
Gutters for Gregory Gardens’ postwar ranch homes
Gregory Gardens is the postwar subdivision on the west side of Contra Costa Boulevard in Pleasant Hill, laid out in 1950 on streets with first names like Doris, Gloria, Gladys, Ardith, Jeannette and Elinora. It came early in the town’s big growth: Pleasant Hill had no post office until 1948, its population went from 5,686 in 1950 to 23,844 in 1960, and the city incorporated in 1961. In census tract 3230, which holds most of the neighborhood, 63 percent of homes were built in the 1940s and 1950s, and the median year built is 1957. The Concord WWTP station, a NOAA gauge about two miles north, averages 17.74 inches of rain a year.
The Brothers That Just Do Gutters San Ramon is the family business of Mohammad Awadalla and Syed Rizwan, and our crews come up Interstate 680 to Pleasant Hill from our base in Livermore. New gutters come off our machine at the curb in aluminum, copper or galvalume, in 5, 6 or 7 inch widths, and we also clean the runs and flush downspouts, fix leaks, sags and rotted fascia, put on BroGuard stainless micro-mesh, and run underground drainage when water keeps finding the foundation. We are licensed under CSLB #1115646, fully insured, and rated 4.9 stars on Google.
At about 75 years old, these houses have outlived more than one set of gutters. Over the decades many owners have added rooms, and every addition brings a new roof edge, an inside corner or a valley that the old gutter layout never planned for. The trees planted in the 1950s now shade whole blocks and drop into the trough each fall. On level lots, a downspout that stops at the wall leaves water soaking in right beside a raised foundation or slab.

Why the Brothers
Why Gregory Gardens Homeowners Call the Brothers
If your home has grown since 1950, we look at every roof edge and inside corner and place downspouts where the water actually lands.
A few loose hangers or one bad corner get fixed. When the whole run is gone, you get both options in writing to compare.
Our truck carries the gutter machine, so each run is one continuous piece instead of short sections joined along the eave.
Mohammad Awadalla and Syed Rizwan own the franchise and run it from Livermore. Call (925) 905-9555 to reach the local team.

Often, yes. Most homes here started small around 1950, and an addition usually brings a new roof edge, an inside corner or a valley where two roofs meet. The old layout may not have a downspout where that water lands. On the walkthrough we look at every eave, then size and place seamless runs and downspouts for the house as it stands today.
Look for seams that drip, runs that sag or hold water, hangers pulling out of the fascia and peeling paint under the eave. In tract 3230, 63 percent of homes date to the 1940s and 1950s, so many systems are on their second or third set of patches. We tell you plainly whether a repair will last or a seamless replacement is the better spend.
Two to four times a year, depending on how many trees hang over your roof, and the fall cleaning before the rain is the most important. The Concord WWTP station averages 17.74 inches a year, and 10.58 inches of that falls from December through February, so a clogged outlet in midwinter overflows fast. BroGuard mesh means fewer full clean-outs.
The Gregory Gardens streets we checked show as non-wildland on CAL FIRE’s 2025 fire hazard severity zone map, so the state’s zone rules for high-hazard areas are not the main concern here. Dry leaves sitting in a gutter still burn, though. Metal gutters and non-combustible BroGuard mesh keep the roof edge clean, and the Roofline Fire Report below shows the zone for your exact address.
Yes. We work every street in Gregory Gardens, from Gregory Lane and Doris Drive up to Ruth, Cynthia and Evelyn Drives. Our crews also cover the rest of Pleasant Hill, plus Walnut Creek, Concord, Martinez and Saranap. Call (925) 905-9555 and we will set up a free estimate.
